He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Ray and Martha Lou Newhouser Scott; his sister Teresa Dawn Suttner; and his nephew Andrew Thomas Scott. He is survived by: his close friend Alan Heise; his son Justin Tyler Scott; his siblings, Timothy Scott (Jana) and Tonya Campbell; and his nephews, Michael Shawn Scott, Wesley Chandler Wynn and Woody Calvin Wynn. He is also survived by several great nieces, a great nephew, and many friends.
