He was predeceased by: his wife Reba Diane Lewis (Heisler). He is survived by: his children, Elliott Bryant of Cedar Mills, Zeblin Lewis of Lynx, Shanna Stamper of Winchester and Rivers Lewis of Lynx; his parents, Steve Lewis and Barbara Lewis of Lynx; his brother Shannon Lewis (Destaney) of West Union; and his grandson Lincoln Davenport of Winchester. He is also survived by two aunts; seven uncles; three nieces and one nephew.
