He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Edward Lewis and Diana Adkins Lewis; and his brother Everett Earl Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Gilbert (Gary) of Hillsboro, Donald Lewis (Emily) of Peebles, Pam Morris of Center Point, Indiana, Perry Lewis (Debbie) of Lynx and Meriume Littleton (Charlie) of Blue Creek; and his close friend Lisa Hile. He is also survived by aunts and uncles; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.
