He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Shiveley and Phyllis Shiveley (Piatt); his sisters, Kathryn Evans, Virginia Fiege, Barabara Fite and Thelma Tully; and his grandson Johnathon Shiveley.
He is survived by: his wife Sherri Shiveley of Lynx, OH; his children, Jamie Shiveley of Pine Knot, KY and Craig Shiveley of Lynx, OH; and his siblings, Dorothy Tully of Tollesboro, KY, Sandy Tully of Lynx, OH, Tammy Stevens of Aberdeen, OH, Reginia Boling of Blue Creek, OH, Sam Shiveley of Lynx, OH and John Shiveley of Ripley, OH. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
