He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Rothwell and Mary Thatcher Rothwell; and his grandson Braxton Trey Rothwell. He is survived by: his wife Angie Rothwell of Lynx; his children, Darrin Rothwell (Marlena "Marty" Spencer) of West Union, Daniel Rothwell (Denise Curless) of Lynx and Abby Rothwell of Lynx; his stepsons, Dakota Grooms of West Union, Derick Evans of West and Donnie Evans of Lynx; his sister Debbie Kepp (Steve) of Chillicothe; his nieces, Stephanie Aspel (Donnie) of Waverly and Jody Hayes (Marty) of Circleville; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Ryan, Dylan, Landon, Nathan, Brooklyn, DJ and Blake.
