He is survived by: his wife Linda Hayslip (Clifford) of Lynx, Ohio; his children, Roy Clifford, Jonathan Hayslip and Angel Lewis; his grandchildren, Blazen Lewis and Camriella Lewis; his brother James (Jonna Hayslip) of Bentonville; his aunts and uncles, Virginia Copas, Beulah Ayers, Emily Brown, David Staten and Oliver Staten; and his son-in-law Shannon Lewis of Unity.
