It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zelma M Wagner of Lynchburg, Ohio, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Delbert Johnson and Betsy Sandlin (Napier); her husband Jessie Wagner; her grandparents, Alexander, Mandy Johnson (Hammons), Franklin and Martha Napier (Roark); her daughter Diana Mitchell; and her siblings, Ore Mae Folenius, Edward Sandlin, Troy Sandlin, Hazel Smith, Eileen King, Lorene Sandlin and Donald Johnson.
She is survived by : her son Stanley E Wagner (Sandra) of Mt. Orab; her grandchildren, Stanley Wagner Jr. of Hillsboro, Brenda Brown (Michael) of Hillsboro, Larry Keith McGuire (April) of Hillsboro, Kenneth McGuire (Shawna) of Lynchburg and Jesse McGuire of Lynchburg; her great grandchildren, Rachel Riggan, Crystal Zimmerman, Ashley McGuire, Wyatt Wagner, Cheyenne McGuire, Jessica Zimmerman, Abby McGuire, Breanne McGuire, Ashley Brown and Michael Brown; her great great grandchildren, Lainee Wagner, Lynx Wagner, Summer Riggan, Autumn Riggan, Novalee Brown, Michael A. Brown and Braden Brown; and her siblings, Marie Wilson and John Sandlin.
