It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Kelley (Lynchburg, Ohio), born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, who passed away on January 16, 2020, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kelley (Farmer); his children, Codey Farmer, Alex Kelley and Faith Reynolds; his parents-in-law, Carl and Cora Farmer; his siblings-in-law, Timothy Farmer (Patricia), April Hill (Scott) and Paula Nichols (Jason); his nieces and nephews, Brittany Nichols, Page Nichols, Bre Farmer, Hannah Farmer, Mattie Hill, Bailey Hill, Katie Stemen, Matt Kelley and Trevor Kelley; his aunts, Lisa McBrayer, Sherry Gaffin, Cindy Hammond, Pam Webb, Kathy Gaffin Curtis, Mary Kelley and Kathy Stemen (Bill); his uncle Ronnie Kelley; and his close friends, Mike Kees and Rick Brust.
