He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Gene Holden and Kayo Holden (Noda); his brother Kenneth "Kenny" Holden; his nephew William "Willie" Lawless; and his father-in-law Leonard Rogers.
He is survived by: his pet Noda; his wife Margaret Holden; his sons, Christopher "Chris" Holden (Kristi) of Hillsboro and Jonathan "Jonny" Holden of Lynchburg; his grandchildren, Kayla Bumgarner (Austin), Cassie Franz (Cade Johnson), Christian Franz and Kyler Holden; his great grandchild Caisyn; and his mother-in-law Shirley Rogers of Dayton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
