He is survived by: his wife Lora Kelly; his children, Jessica Miller (Clint) of Jamestown, Matt Kelly (Abbagayle) of Leesburg, Logan Kelly (Haley) of Hillsboro, Mitch Kelly (Casey) of Lynchburg and Morgan Whiting (James) of Hillsboro, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Luke, Chase, Lydia, Annalyse, Andrew, Madilyn, Emilee, Mason, Oliver, Camrynn and Macklyn.
