He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Betuel and Irene Betuel (Franke). He is survived by: his wife Betty Fox Betuel; his children, Walter Betuel of New York, Gary Betuel (Gretchen) of New York and Dawn Leonard of Florida; his stepchildren, Karen Lower of Blanchester, Darrell Fox (Tanya) of Lynchburg and Steve Fox of Blanchester; and his sister Joan Buccino of Virginia. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
