He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Dolph and Myrtle Dolph (Worrell); his son Paul Douglas Dolph; and his siblings, Bonnie Jean Dolph, Bob Dolph, Richard Dolph and James Dolph.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dolph (Williams); his son Tim Dolph (Theresa Elam) of Lynchburg; his daughter-in-law Judy Hager Dolph of Lynchburg; his grandchildren, Nick Alan Dolph of Allensburg, Jeremy Farmer of Florida, Alan Larson of Florida, Penny Brownsberger (Billy) of Lynchburg, Robert Dolph (Laura) of Clarksville and Doug Dolph Jr. (Whitney) of Fort Thomas, Kentucky; and his brother-in-law Gene Williams (Shirley) of Florida. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic social distancing will be asked of everyone attending.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, in c/o Donor Relations, 2900 N. Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, Florida 33607.
