He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Kelley (Brian McConnell) of Lynchburg; his grandson Lane White of Lynchburg; his brother Howard Kelley (Juanita) of Hillsboro; and his nieces and nephews, Luke Lucas of Lynchburg, Joe Norris (Debbie) of Hillsboro, Lyle Kelley (Terri) of Owensville, Charlie Kelley (Julie) of Newtonsville, Jennie Crabtree (Rich) of Lynchburg and Amy Keene (Bob) of North Carolina. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
