He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil "Corky" Dolph and Shirley Dolph (Williams); and his brother Paul Douglas Dolph. He is survived by: his fiancée Theresa Elam of Lynchburg; his children, Nick Alan Dolph of Allensburg and Denetta Dolph; his sister-in-law Judy Dolph of Lynchburg; his stepson Jeremy Farmer; and his uncle Gene Williams (Shirley) of Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
