Terance Jerome Kozminski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terance Jerome Kozminski of Lynchburg, Ohio, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delores Kozminski and Jerome Kozminski; and his sister Stella Saunders. He is survived by: his wife Susan D. Kozminski; his daughter Kate M. Strilka (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Cari A. Elam (Robert), Connor Elam, Everett Elam, Eleanor Elam and Nicholas "Max" Strilka; and his sister Mary Ann Melching (Wally). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives and many dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Chapel of St. Angela Merici Catholic Church (130 Stone Alley, Fayetteville, OH 45118).
