She was predeceased by: her parent George E. Hawk; her husband William L. Pfister; and her sister Judy Hawk. She is survived by: her parent Mary Helen West Hawk; her children, Anita Wells (Brian) of Lynchburg, Butch Pfister (Judy) of Winchester and Greg Pfister (Lori) of Wilmington; and her sisters, Janet Holden (Stanley), Bonnie Amyx and Wilma Fenner (Wayne) of Lynchburg. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren.
