She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parent Ira; her husband Allen R. Carter of December; her children, Jim Carter, Rick Carter (Mary), Diena Moore (Eddie), Chris Carter and Pamela Maggart (Kate); her grandchildren, Emily Carter, Robert Carter, Krystal Blair (William), Shawn Hogsten, Sheila Stoneburner (Andy) and Brian McCoy (Tracy); her great grandchildren, Ivy Blair, Diena Rose Blair, Gwyn Stoneburner and Ezra McCoy; her siblings, Hobart, Aster, Lester Tester, Lily, Estmae, Ellen, Irene, Marion, Easter and Annie; and also Collins.
