He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery Elam (Charlotte Johnson) of Highland and Terri Mason Elam (Tracey) of Peebles; his children, Tyler Elam of Lynchburg and Temperance Elam of Dayton; his grandmother Judy Mason of Lynchburg; his great-grandparent Dorothy Pfister of Hillsboro; his stepsiblings, Makayla Crothers of Peebles and Josh Knisley of Leesburg; his uncle Matt Mason of Lynchburg; his aunts, Lisa Frazier (Michael) of Blanchester and Debbie Elam of Seymore; and his close friend Emily Wright of Lynchburg.
