She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora David and Reatha Mildred Ashbaugh Copeland; her husband Donald Hawk; and her siblings, John Richard Copeland, Charles Everett Copeland, Opal Skidmore and Wilma Pulver.
She is survived by: her son Richard Hawk (Christine) of Lynchburg; her grandchildren, Josh Hawk (Krista) of Lynchburg and Lindsey Leininger (Jacob) of Lynchburg; her great grandchildren, Kroy and Kreed Hawk; her brother Frank Copeland of Midland; and her sister-in-law Mary Jo Copeland of Hillsboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, friends, and neighbors.
