He is survived by: his parent Elsie Ora Booth Moran; his niece Theresa Elam of Lynchburg; his great-niece Cassie Kessinger (Tommy Marcelina) of Hillsboro; his great-nephews, Jai Kessinger (Renee) of New Vienna and Jeb Kessinger (Abby) of Ft. Thomas; his brother James Moran of Dayton; and his siblings-in-law, Veda M. Elam (Gene Carns) of Lynchburg and James Cochran of Wilmington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
