It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Jane Fender of Lynchburg, Ohio, born in Irvine, Kentucky, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Henry and Inis Ellen Tipton (Roe); her husband John Fredrick "Fred" Fender; and her siblings, Virginia, Bertha, Rebecca, Maudie, Mary, Strauter, Charles, Samuel, Walter, Robert and James.
She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Faye Heyne, Sr. (Doug) of Mt. Orab; her grandson Doug Heyne, Jr. (Amanda) of Lynchburg; her great grandchild Lexi Nicole Heyne; and her sisters, Nannie Mason of Lexington, KY, Martha Stapleton of Mansfield, Louise Arvin of Irvine, KY, Maggie Hafley of Carter City, KY and Helen Boling of Mansfield.
