She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert H. Barlow and Josephine M. Barlow (Slivinski); her brothers, Albert G. Barlow (Carol) and Edward "Butch" Barlow (Jeanie); and her great-niece Chrissy Barlow.
She is survived by : her children, Theodore "Ted" Smart (Diane) of Anna, Suzanne Smart of Hillsboro, Diana Bales (Roger) of Lynchburg, Linda Ferguson (Alan) of Charleston and Jacqueline Balon (John) of Lynchburg; her siblings, Barbara Mills of Scottsdale, Robert Barlow (Debbie) of Centerville, Jeri Townsend (JT) of Kettering and Mary Barlow of Dayton, Ohio; and her close friend Rosie Herman of Dayton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
