He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell C. Wells and Alice Leonard Wells. He is survived by: his children, Joni Minton (Dave) of Lynchburg, Brian Wells (Anita) of Lynchburg, Lori Wells (Jana) of Lynchburg, Jill Toca (Charles) of Lynchburg and Teri James (Terry) of Blanchester; and his siblings, Norma McNulty Kolb of Cincinnati, Joyce Brooks (Larry) of Cincinnati, Larita Woods of Springfield and Daryl Wells of Lynchburg. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-nine great grandchildren.
