He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Smith (Ruth) and Marie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Smith; his children, Kim Wolf (Tim) and Kevin Smith (Jennifer); his grandsons, Tim Wolf, Jr. (D'Dra), Joshua Wolf, Nathaniel Smith (Hannah), Brady Smith and Landon Smith; his great grandchildren, Savannah Wolf, Jesse Wolf, Brystol Bailey, Kyndol Wolf and Bo Wolf; his brother Steve Smith (Linda); and his nieces and nephews, Chris Smith (Leah) and Matt Smith (Michelle).
