She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow W. Williams and Mabel Snyder Williams; her husband Charles Junior Winkle; and her siblings, Judy Turner and James D. Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Creditt (Michael) of Lynchburg, Susan Wylie (Les) of Fayetteville and Jan Winkle (Bonnie) of Lynchburg; her grandchildren, Timothy Creditt (Michelle) of Lynchburg, Eric Rosselott of Fayetteville, Zane Kern (Melissa) of Springboro and Chad Creditt of Lynchburg; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Riley, Ryan Creditt, Emilee Kern and Reese Rosselott; and her sister Carol Woodmansee of Hillsboro.
