He was predeceased by: his parents, James Adkins Sr. and Lilly Norman (Pack). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Adkins; his children, Christine Hoeter (Phil) of Georgetown and William Adkins (Amanda) of Mt. Orab; his grandchildren, Kaiya, Maddie, Ryan, Aubrey and Noah; and his siblings, Marshall Norman (Rama), Ernie Sawyer (Judy) and Patricia Norman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
