We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2022, at the age of 63, James Adkins Jr. of Lynchburg, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Adkins Sr. and Lilly Norman (Pack). He is survived by : his wife Patricia Adkins; his children, Christine Hoeter (Phil) of Georgetown and William Adkins (Amanda) of Mt. Orab; his grandchildren, Kaiya, Maddie, Ryan, Aubrey and Noah; and his siblings, Marshall Norman (Rama), Ernie Sawyer (Judy) and Patricia Norman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
