He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Adams (Hawk); his children, Gail Adams (Lisa) and Connie Gray (Johnny); his grandchildren, Curtis Adams, Cody Adams, Courtney Worley (Michael), Josh Terrell (Kalie), Zachary Creditt (Melissa), Dusti Jordan and Shalon Hofer (Carl); his great grandchildren, Makala, Hannah, Ryder Terrell, Madison, Paxtyn Jordan, Mahayla Gray and Brennan Hofer; and his siblings, Ray, Leonard, Fred Adams, Ada Ritter, Peggy Hite, Joyce Watson, Linda Cox and Betty Greene.
