He is survived by: his sisters, Rachel Smith (Jerry Thiel) of Lynchburg and Lori Dick (Tommy) of Cincinnati; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Meddock (Michael) of Leesburg, Angie Noble (Chad) of Mt. Orab, Steven Jordan of Madison, Timothy Cook of Lynchburg, Thomas Cook (Beth) of Lynchburg and Andy Fox of Lynchburg. He is also survived by twelve great nieces.
