He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Howard and Lucy Steritz (Hubbell); his stepfather John Steritz; his sister Margaret Davidson; his niece Dawn Michelle Crockett; and his nephew Aaron Blagg.
He is survived by: his daughter Ahira Hertlein (John); his granddaughters, Aubrey Hertlein and Alyvia Hertlein; his siblings, Karen Malott, Deborah Howard and Larry Howard (Jenny); his nephews, Tony Howard, Travis Howard and John Blagg; and his niece Megan Priore. He is also survived by his family and friends.
