He was predeceased by: his brother Ryan E. Cornett. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Rapp and Miriam Isaacs (Law); his sister Stacy L. Cornett of Vandalia; his stepsiblings, Kristen Isaacs of Englewood and John Isaacs of Dayton; and his stepchildren, Desiree, Laura and Jesse of Hillsboro.
