He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Kinnett and Marjorie Kinnett (Webster); his wife Nancy Kinnett (Miller); his sons, Tim and Terry Kinnett; and his sister Barb Lowman.

He is survived by : his children, Todd Kinnett of Lynchburg and Teresa Rammel (Scott) of Lynchburg. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
