He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Cluxton and Minnie Cluxton (McGowen); and his siblings, Wendell, John, Donald, Andy, Dale Cluxton, Marguerite Osborn, Geneva Osborn and Phyliss Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Scott (Robert) of Elizabethtown, KY, Sandra Himelright (Von) of Star Tannery, VA, David Cluxton of Louisville, KY, Steven Cluxton (Holly) of Washington, C. H and Paul G. Cluxton (Katie) of Cincinnati. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
