He is survived by: his mother Anna Fender Griffith of Lynchburg; his close friend Cindy Griffith; his children, Kim Lay (Jason) of Wilmington and Jason Griffith (Joanna) of Leesburg; his stepdaughters, Carrie Lynn, Bernie Reeder (Kenneth) of Franklin and Tina Miller of Xenia; his grandchildren, Adam Lay, Megan Lay (Kevin Asbrook), Natalie Lay, Mikayla Griffith and Madison Griffith; and his siblings, Donna Jean Julliard (Jim) of Maineville, Kenneth Griffith (Susan) of Lebanon and Robert Griffith (Joyce) of Lynchburg.
