He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Shane Creek (Ashley), Roger Nick Creek (Alicia) and Colin Avery Creek; his grandchildren, Madison, Isabel, Kaylee, Maci, Delaney, Landry, Molly and Landyn; his siblings, Ralph Lewis Creek and Lisa Holcomb (Jessie); and his sister-in-law Linda Creek. He is also survived by his wife of 39 years, whom he married.
