She is survived by: her parents, James Booker and Evelyn Booker (Sauerland); her husband Roger Holbrook; her children, Wendy Holbrook and Andrew Holbrook (Brandi); her grandchildren, Madison Holbrook, Riley Holbrook, Reagan Finley, Haley Holbrook and Colton Holbrook; her great grandchild Emory White; her siblings, Cathy "Sis" Minges (Allen), Julie Ott (Chris) and Mike Booker (Cheryl); and her nieces and nephews, Patricia Keever (Dwight), Carrie Baker (Wyatt), Jessica Lehmann (Corey), Cassy Unkraut (Andrew), Scott Minges and Jimmy Booker.
