It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Frances Kern (Lynchburg, Ohio), born in Wilmington, Ohio, who passed away on November 4, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Howell and Edith Howell (Witham); and her brothers-in-law, Mike Kern and Jeff Kern. She is survived by: her husband Andrew "Andy" Kern; her brothers, Ronnie Howell of Indiana and Donnie Howell (Sherryl) of Lynchburg; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Kern (Nancy) of Maineville, Billy Kern (Holly) of Loveland, Ohio, Emily Kern of Loveland and Shelly Stafford (Chad) of Trenton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
