He was predeceased by: his parent James Gibbs; his daughter Regina Wright; and his siblings, Helen Fulton and Jackie Gibbs. He is survived by: his parent Grace Munday Gibbs; his wife Norma Luckey Gibbs; and his children, Clarence Edward "Cody" Gibbs (Jessica) of New Vienna, Clarence Pruitt of Cincinnati, April Lynn Gibbs of Cincinnati and Joyce Blair of Cincinnati. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
