He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Balon and Beatrice Balon (Curl); and his brother James Balon. He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Balon; his children, Becky Jo LeForge (Destery) of West Chester, Angie Juillerat (Jim) of Hillsboro and Marty Balon of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Ryan, Codey, Carey, Brittney, Austin, Hunter, Olivia of Sophia, J. E. T., Belaha, Brenahlan, Brielahy and Breiellah; and his brother John Balon (Jackie) of Lynchburg. He is also survived by other numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
