He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmon and Sarah Huddleston, Sr. (Locke); his wife Marilyn Huddleston (Dillon); his grandson Thomas Douglas Campbell III; and his son-in-law Kevin Kern.
He is survived by: his children, Carmon T. Huddleston III of Lynchburg, Laura Kern of Lynchburg, Donna Swisher (Wayne) of New Vienna and Tonia Lucas (Richard) of New Vienna. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
