He was predeceased by: his parents, Brooks Johnson and Alice Johnson (Moore); and his sister Ada. He is survived by: his wife Sue Johnson; and his children, Nicole (James) and Rick. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
