He was predeceased by: his father Billy Ray Collins, Sr.; and his father-in-law William J. Maas. He is survived by: his mother Frances Collins, Sr. (Foster); his wife Peggy Collins (Maas); his children, Andrew Collins of Georgetown, Cody Ray Collins of Lynchburg and Tiffany Schmidt (Daniel) of Georgetown; his brother Ted Collins (Robbynn) of West Harrison, IN; and his sisters-in-law, Penny Wardlow and Pam Reno. He is also survived by four grandchildren; mother.
