In loving memory of Randy J. Hackworth of Luckey, Ohio, born in Auburn, Indiana, who departed this world on June 25, 2024 at the age of 61. He was predeceased by: his father Harold Hackworth; and his stepdaughter Kayleigh Slater. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Hackworth (Schmutz) of Bowling Green; his wife Donna Chamberlain; his children, Paige Hoffmann (Seth) of Luckey and Tyler Hackworth of Luckey; his grandchildren, Micah Ben, Caleb, Jason, Avery, Hudson, Makayla and Makenzi; his sisters, Kim Tussing (Larry) of Bowling Green and Jana Smith (Kevin) of Hammond; and also Micah Tilley (Felicia) of Washington. He is also survived by many friends and co-workers.
