He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Vavrik and Lillian Vavrik (Tomes); and his sister Jane Kristine Vavrik. He is survived by: his siblings, Lilli Hendricks, Sonya Gross of Canada, Julie Jurich (Don Holand), Nancy Gallier (Douglas), Tony Vavrik of Luckey and Rosemarie Vavrik of Luckey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
