He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Schulte and Joanne Schulte (Henning). He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Etheridge (Lee) and Elizabeth Portwood (Tom); and his sisters, Christy Feldman (Paul) and Becky (Guy). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM and at 1:30 PM at the Salem Grace United Lutheran Church (216 Main St, Luckey, OH 43443).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: The Eastwood Educational Foundation (John F. Schulte Scholarship), or Salem Grace United Lutheran Church.
