He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Unterbrink and Ursula Unterbrink (Gerschutz). He is survived by: his wife Rita Unterbrink; his sons, Troy Unterbrink (Melissa) of Troy, Trent Unterbrink (Beth Slattman) of Luckey and Travis Unterbrink (Rikki) of Lima; his grandchildren, Alastor and Amos Unterbrink; his daughter Maria Lilly (Todd) of Lewis Center; and his grandchild Audriana Lilly. He is also survived by three sisters and a brother-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church.
