She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Maksymiak; her grandchildren, Jay Maksymiak, Michael Maksymiak, Jennifer Maksymiak (Justin Costabile), Julie Davis and Janet Davis; and her great grandchildren, Amelia and Alex.
