He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah A. Willis of Portsmouth and Wanda M. Rhinehart (Willis) of Chillicothe, Ohio; and his half-siblings, Ken Willis of Chillicothe and Roberta Willis Hughes of Chillicothe Ohio. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
