It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd Williams of Lucasville, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on May 15, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Williams and Shirlie Hicks Williams; his brothers, Kent Staten, Joe Williams and John Williams; and his grandson Hayden.
He is survived by: his close friends, Jen and Hershel Adkins; his children, Emilie Ruby (Josh) of Minford, Jordyn Kouns Williams of Portsmouth and Allie; his siblings, Mark Darby (Sherry) of Rigrish Addition, Chris Williams (Erica) of Wilmington, NC, Anthony Williams of Mississippi and Amanda Williams of Minford; his grandchildren, Gracie, Jaina, Jaxon and Hannah; and his nephews, Kyle, Cole and Rowan Darby (Janie Kouns Case).
