He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Alley and Geneva Buckler Alley; his son Benjamin Alley; and his siblings, Harold Alley, Richard Alley, Amos Alley, Donald Alley, Glenna Fultz, Sharon Alley and Carolyn Cassidy.
He is survived by: his daughter Alicia Alley-Buehrer; his friend Tena Conley; and his siblings, James Alley (Sue), Michael Alley (Garnett), Virgil Alley (Diane), Jackie Alley (Judy), Randy Alley, Luther "Dutch" Alley and Diane Maynard (James). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
