He is survived by: his wife Vickie Pratt Ratliff; his children, Ryan Ratliff (Marsha) of Lucasville and Amy Leeth (James) of Lucasville; his grandchildren, Ryan Shope (David), Kenzie Leeth (Daniel), Erika Shope (Riley), Braydon Leeth (Jillian Forbes), Dylan Leeth, Layla Smith, Sydnie Ratliff, Abigail Leeth, Emily Leeth, Katie Leeth and Jaxyn Leeth; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Piper and Weston; his grandchildren, Hannah Schackart and Gail Montgomery; and his sister Burnadean Kinnison (Robert) of Piketon, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
